• Prohibition on Ripping: Downloading, ripping panorama equirectangular image files, or hotlinking 360 tile data without a commercial license is strictly prohibited.
• Iframe Embedding Restrictions: 360° virtual tours hosted on Visit Us Virtually may only be embedded onto authorized client domains. Unauthorized framing or stripping of platform watermarks/credits violates our terms.
• Commercial Usage: Hotel partners possess the contractual right to showcase their authorized virtual tours on their official direct domain as part of their active subscription.

Hotel names, official logos, brand crests, culinary menus, and specific room photos uploaded by hotel administrators belong to their respective hotel owners and registered trademark holders. Visit Us Virtually displays these materials solely for authorized hospitality promotion and direct tenant presentation.

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe any image, video, 360° virtual tour, or text appearing on Visit Us Virtually infringes upon your copyright, please notify our Designated Copyright Officer immediately with the following details:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
2. The exact URL where the allegedly infringing material is located on our platform;
3. Your full legal name, business contact details, and evidence of copyright ownership or legal representation;
