  • Hotel Business Onboarding: Property legal name, authorized contact person, business email address, phone/WhatsApp number, address, and room inventory.
  • Guest Booking Inquiries: Guest name, phone number, email address, check-in/out dates, and custom room requirements submitted via contact forms.
  • Technical Telemetry: Anonymized visit metrics, browser user-agent, referrers, and load performance to maintain 99.9% uptime.

2. 100% Direct Guest Data Ownership

Unlike traditional third-party OTAs that mask guest emails and phone numbers, Visit Us Virtually never withholds or sells guest information. Every guest inquiry submitted on a hotel website belongs 100% to the respective hotelier.

3. Data Security & Encryption

All communications across our SaaS architecture are encrypted with TLS 1.3/HTTPS. Passwords and credentials are cryptographically hashed using standard Bcrypt algorithms.
