Visit Us Virtually is not a travel agency, tour operator, or hotelier. We do not manage daily hotel guest check-ins, room housekeeping, food preparation, or on-site security for the properties listed on this platform.

The 360° interactive virtual tours, high-definition panoramic walkthroughs, matterport embeds, kuula viewers, and visual assets showcased on this platform are captured to provide guests with an authentic and immersive representation of property architecture, suites, courtyards, and grounds.

• Temporal Variations: Virtual tour photography captures property conditions at the specific time of shooting. Seasonal weather, landscape changes, lighting conditions, or subsequent renovations performed by the property owner may introduce minor visual discrepancies.
• Room Category Layouts: Room sizes, window views, or furniture placement across rooms within the same category may vary slightly from the specific room featured in the 360° virtual tour.
• Third-Party 360 Hosts: While we ensure optimal rendering via responsive wrappers and secure reverse-proxies, third-party viewer platforms (such as Google Maps/Street View, Kuula, Matterport) are subject to their own uptime and browser WebGL requirements.

Our core mission is 0% Commission Direct Bookings. When you submit a booking enquiry, initiate a WhatsApp concierge chat, or confirm a room reservation on a hotel's dedicated micro-website, that transaction occurs directly between you (the guest) and the respective hotel business.

• Temporary platform downtime, internet disruptions, or third-party DNS routing issues;
• Financial transactions or direct bank transfers arranged between guests and hotel bank accounts.
